Canada needs to leave British Empire & end the abuse of First Nations people. We need land back. There is no other way to achieve peace. Canada is built on stolen lands and needs to rebuild an inclusivity to advance. This policy isn’t inclusive. They used God to exclude us.

Canada needs to evolve beyond it’s racist roots. As we advance truth and reconciliation, rethink the kind of nation we want as the people here today. Tax justice is desperately needed to advance reconciliation to advance all of us. Vote for it.

My line is that of Henri Membertou. He was the Sachem Chief of all 7 territories of Mi’Kma’ki. His symbol was the star of Euclid because we were of the Order of Christ system. The test we passed was one of trust noted in our own Acadian history book by Bona Arsenault.

Why does Canada feel they have the authority to manage AFN when the British North American Act doesn’t even give them that authority? We were deemed Terra Nullius! How can they make a firm that represents ghosted people?

Our Charter Rights has bias to a Protestant interpretation of Crown laws that viewed Roman Catholics and unceded people as Terra Nullius people under Oliver Cromwell’s laws. We are stuck in British Empire’s abuse of dominance and anti competitive laws in Canada.

The BNA act was handed to Canada. We never had a constitution that was written with the inclusion of Indigenous, Black and non Protestant people. Women were excluded as were LGBTQ and disabled people and other ethnic groups. We need a new constitution to assure equity for all.

The BNA Act never had regard for Federal Jurisdictional people including Indigenous. It was a law handed from London and it was Taxation without fair representation that excluded Roman Catholics, Black people, Women, Indigenous people, Disabled and LGBTQ2. We must update laws.

The constitution was handed to Canada by London with no input from Black or Indigenous communities, Women, Disabled or LGBTQ2. They have all suffered taxation without fair representation. We need to revisit the laws and remove discrimination and advance a just recovery.
