dekusquad is a little bit more complicated bc you can definitely see who horikoshi sees as deku's closest friends, but we only really see them hanging out together as a big group in anime EDs and stuff. otherwise, it's usually just: deku/uraraka/iida or deku/todoroki/iida.

like, they always have interactions together during 1A shenanigans, we explicitly see them hanging out away from everyone else (doesn't mean they exclude tho - ex: tokoyami^), they're always grouped together by horikoshi, BONES *and* JUMP. what else do they have to do?
