Time flies! February is over already somehow and we’re marching right on ahead.

We’re about to wrap up on the pearl plot so we can focus more on the phone plot and Romy’s character arc moving into the end of the first book. Exciting stuff!

I kinda wanted to join in on the Pokemon nostalgia too. Before SlumberTown, I’d draw lots of Pokémon stuff! Didn’t always finish my drawings, but they helped bring me to where I am with my art today.

I owe a lot of my creative inspiration (art and storytelling!) to Pokémon.

Cheating juuuuust a little to pick similar sized panels.

Since I started this comics I’ve improved on... -counts fingers- colour, style, and use of space. Still a lot to learn but my stuff has definitely become a bit more interesting to look at.
