revisited some old art this year too

this was the year that I printed an art book, overworked this cover a lot, but there's still some things I like about it

near the end of the year I feel like I made a bit of a breakthrough with a better painting process and went a bit nuts

it tied into a game design class later on, I just focused on concept art

@ItsmeChrisWade sharks are a complex and misunderstood animal. a lot of folks focus on their teeth, but I think their fins are really cool shapes and their scales/skin are just neat. mermaids based on sharks are my favorite
