16. It's...Kinda hard to remember individual elite 4 members.
Phoebe comes to mind for this, though. Most ghost type E4 seem super good character-wise.

15. I haven't done a gym battle with Bea, but she seems nice.
Allister & Milo are fun character designs. Elesa seemed pretty cool, I heard she was tough for a gym leader.
