Day 10 of the & the theme is Alamat (myth) 💫 I thought about that myth where tikbalangs get married whenever it rains on a sunny day ☀️ Tikbalang is a creature from that has a humanoid form with a horse head + long limbs!

Day 7 of the The theme is Plants so I did a tribute to The Firebird short in Fantasia (2000)🌱 I love her part ever since I was a kid 🥺 The music + animation remains flawless & watching it again for ref gave me goosebumps!

Day 6 of the The theme is Pre-Colonial so I drew a Babaylan & kids 💫 Babaylans are highly regarded shamans who were mostly women! They specialized in communicating with spirits of nature & the dead 🔮 I loved researching for this!

Finally did my Ft my fave ep, The Cave of Two Lovers 💕 I watched ATLA when I was 11, a pre-teen who was in love with romance so this ep HIT me 🤧 She's an orphan descendant of Oma & Shu + has a crush on a goofy boi who liked her knick knacks 👀

Yesterday, the Anti Terror Bill was passed into law. But I only got to process it now. I was frozen. But after seeing the outpour of protests & posts, I felt hopeful again. There's only so much we can do so we have to do it ferociously. But pls stay safe!
