But the first artist to make me think 3D NFTs might be worth considering is of course @auriea:

Still delighted with the details in this series.

Also pleased with bauhaus mélange #79, by @jeromeherrcc.

@dt_sqr @SanchTv @MrPrudence If I recall correctly, David used VVVV @vvvvshoutbox for those early pieces. Another favorite is Cartesian Creatures, from 2007.

David Dessens (aka @SanchTV) is another generative artist from the 2000's that made an impression with 3D pieces like "Fragments".

(h/t to @MrPrudence for the reminder!)
I'm a fan of @bangisal's "One World, One Material" of 3D bricolages. Just flipped a duplicate (at far too low a price), collected two more. #WINNING

Delighted to pick up #297 of @erikswahn's Mur pieces on secondary. It's a wonderful piece, both conceptually and in execution.

DefCol embraces the hyperreality of CGI rendering (lights, reflections, impossible smoothness) and applies it to organic 3D object that are distorted, even torn - the underlying mesh of triangles exposed.

I've been developing this concept for a while, figuring out what interests me about it and how that might be best presented. Also spent hundreds of hours rendering files not knowing if they would be used.
@StudioYorktown I’m in a similar headspace with my DefCol series, wanting to release 5+ pieces as a collection, but waffling over color treatments and backgrounds. Need that short, sharp burst of decisiveness.
