Funny, the cels to these sketches were used for promo images.

Part 2 of some "terrible" Rockman 8 pans I made. The Wily and Mega Man were the hardest ones to make due to different layers and heat wave textures.

Ok this time I actually don't know what episode this Tails cel is from, I've had it for close to 3 years and still haven't found where it was from. At one point I remembered but now I don't. Anyone know? Here's a few other frames to the scene.
