i've been delaying uploading this chapter because for the past few days i've been using my social media presence only to share information and resources for the recent BLM protests. before reading this chapter, please consider donating to BLM or your local bail bond fund.
spitfire chapter 14 "etiquette" is now up publicly. link in my profile.
spitfire is a queer fantasy romance novel with dragons, blood magic, found family, sword lesbians, and LOTS of horrible emotions.
it contains explicit content and is therefor 18+ only
gotta get better at drawing buff women so i can draw elske better (she's from my queer fantasy romance novel spitfire)
just thinking about the last chapter of monsterpop and how it had some of my favorite art i'd done up to that point towards the end...... it had a good run :')
22. an OC you didn't expect to love
Ben
he was only supposed to appear in chapter 1 and even when i first decided to bring him back for george's catharsis, i didn't super love him. i didn't realize until the xmas party scene that he'd grown on me and become fun to write.
21. an OC you didn't expect to be popular
SASHA
omigod sasha was never meant to have more than a one time appearance, but then people loved them and i started to love them and im so glad i did!!
the gift exchange/sasha's confession scene is still one of my favorites.
19. have you ever made a self-insert?
when i was 13 me and my best friend had self insert OCs that we put into fan fiction and original stories, basically as characters who would act like pesky fae that would cause tons of trouble
i also had a couple cameos in monsterpop!
14. are there any OCs you find yourself neglecting?
yeah, constantly lol. i don't often reuse characters for dnd games so when those games end, i don't get much use out of those characters anymore..... rip
some of my favs:
harley, penny, antigone, poppy
13. are any of your OCs parents?
there are quite a few parents in spitfire! here are just some of the ones i've drawn:
