Did some Baggs expressions between commission work~

Speaking of, this is General Papyrus!
He was suddenly installed as General of the Royal Guard (Baggs influence of course).
He is the pride of the Underground, everyone loves him.
He is happy, though he feels like... something is very wrong.

Though he can't sleep, he must at least rest from work, or his mental state starts to deteriorate until he reaches a state of ‘sleepy drunkenness’. General Papyrus takes care of him when he is like this. He doesn’t remember anything that happens to him in this state.

He sometimes performs as a stage hypnotist, but he hams up the performance to make it look fake.
He used to love puns, but doesn’t really do that much anymore. He still cracks a pun every now and then to keep up appearances, but his sense of humour has gotten much darker.
