Her and Noizi ito are some of my favorites for this kinda design, I’ve seen a lot of anime school uniforms try too hard to add every embellishment they can to make it stand out but the way they do it just feels so effortless

One thing I think hinoue isn’t praised for enough for is just how good she is at creating unique and iconic uniforms without feeling too overdesigned
