The dark and mysterious Vincent! Love his design, the gauntlet, shredded cloak, the color, everything. He also has an interesting backstory and some sick moves!

A character that works on multiple dimensions, very well crafted. Love everything about it. Design, use of color, story, personality, everything.

Luigi developed beyond his simple Mario clone role. We all remember his funky high jump in Mario 2, but his underdog persona allowed him to become more complex than Mario, Luigi is funny and tragic, plus green fireballs are awesome!

Awesome design, both in base form and dragoon form. I played LoD and FF8 at the same time and kept thinking Dart was a less emo/more vibrant version of Squall :p

Awesome, sexy and memorable. Definitely one of the best character designs from Capcom. She has cool moves like a sonic type ball spin and the ability to call other cat women for help.
