For my variant for @IDWPublishing's G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero #250, @YesteryearComic had me do a homage to one of Michael Turner's past GI Joe covers. Mr. Turner was one of my earliest influences, so getting the chance to paint this for a landmark issue is an absolute honor!

I want to design more stuff based on my country's traditional clothing. Some quick sketches I did earlier today :)

The masks from the Lion King Broadway musical made a lasting impression on me when I first watched it a decade ago with my mom. I am also in love with all the costumes in the new Black Panther film. I recently had this idea of putting those designs together 😊
