It's been a whole year since I've started drawing!
(Give or take a few days but it's good enough)

To see my beginnings and how far I've come really fills me with pride.

I didn't draw as much as I surely could've but I'm still more than content with the results.

2021 vs 2022

Lineart, all-white, with blur and with some effects, a bunch of different variants that came up during the process basically.

In total it took 8 hours-ish, I admit I could’ve ended it far earlier tho, I got caught up in some details.

References were Neichiru and croquette_crab.

My best piece to date, if I’m allowed the arrogance.

Welp, here it is.

This new lighting technique does miracles for the atmosphere.

Even so, I'll try to learn other painting methods as well as this one is pretty simple but leaves little room for improvisation.

Yep, Neichiru style once more, I’m finally getting somewhat close, it isn’t fully there yet but it’s working.

How am I improving if I don’t practice?

Here you go, the whole process till the colouring phase, I can’t post the full piece yet so that’ll happen at a later date.

Tbh I could’ve finished this a few days ago but I guess being lazy does that to you.

Now I kinda want to just focus on figures for the next few pieces.
