10. If you like Gen 1 Pokémon artsyle check out the Pokémon Adventures Manga, it's alot of fun and has that cute blobby style I like.
Plus it's cool to see the game npcs as actual characters in a story.

8. Speaking of Hajime Ueda, he's also responsible for the FLCL manga which was published as the anime was airing.
You can get the whole thing in a lil omnibus volume, it's worth it just for the art.

6. Nickelodeon is a very cool and weird series of manga short stories by Sayman Dowman (you can follow on Twitter btw).
Love his pointy emaciated characters and his edgy sense of humour.
