For character I'll go with Naruto, for colour I'd say something like Navy Blue. Like the colour shades of blue in this pic because it's a calm colour. Hopefully that's enough for you to work with but lemme know if you need extra info

@badkarmuh___ True tribes did have some bangers. Think I just preferred blazings art more because of it being more detailed and more of a darker use of colours for their art. All just looks so clean
