Very aesthetically pleasing design. I like how it's based off of Disney's Cinderella to make it a little more distinct. I like how the idea of glass slippers was incorporated through her glass body, but it's not very telling of Kasumi's personality.

So fucking good. Probably a low S tier. Why is she a bunny? The twintails making a heart is so good. The dudes wearing fedoras is hilarious.

It's not perfect like Carmen, but not quite A tier either.
