Decibella (she/her) is the 'Wayward Princess of Dreams'. She has a hyper and mildly spoiled personality that has her always wanting to play.

She has the ability to enter one's mind and manipulate their dreams. She can also able to create things from a mist similar to her hair.

Made two more OCs tonight!

I'll post some info about them later :)
In the meantime... try to guess their names or something-

Fun Fact #19: Even though Melon Ball doesn't need to eat and lacks a mouth to do so, he is still able to take in nutrients by using his powers to copy plants and perform photosynthesis.

He is unable to "eat" like an animal would as he lacks the digestive organs necessary.
