(He's not afraid to try looks that may be considered more feminine! But he doesn't really wear dresses/skirts)

At first glance not at all, but if one saw them beside eachother they may see a slight resemblance.
Their facial structure is somewhat similar, and oddly enough, parts of their hairstyle.
