this stage has a very cool bg, but the music isn't the best. I get that they wanted carnival, but it feels oddly generic.

the rest of the level went in without hitches, but here is a funny thing: if you hit Tengu with Spread Drill, he falls like a ripe jackfruit.

The scrolling section gave me a bit of trouble (freaking orange balloons) but it was more a question of timing than anything.
