Calling all Illustrators who are like a plank of wood with bad backs / hips / shoulders / brains etc.
I’ve been doing this every day for a week now & it’s helping. 30 mins a day and it’s free. And she has a dog (not this dog).

Doing this makes me realise how rarely you see illustrations of non-thin non-very-bendy people doing yoga. Would be helpful right, to know what poses should look like if you’re made of wood and need a good oil....

Can someone let me know when everyone on Instagram has stopped using that filter in stories that randomly selects something in a square on their head.
