@FunkyPhantome Squilliam has a lot of potential! In the comics he had much more depth. He interacts with other characters in town and isn't a complete a-hole, he just comes off as snooty & loves to playfully tease Squidward. I'd love to see the show do what the comics did with him.

@echolesseternal UPDATE: Sorry I'm late getting back to you on this, but I remember you asking about production art of Squilliam, so I found some. Here's his stock/colors sheet, as well as some animatic sketches from his debut in Band Geeks.

Every time I read the comics I want to cry because Squilliam's characterization in the comics is EXACTLY the way I interpret him & I really wish the show could portray him the same way the comics do & have him be a part of all the show's general shenanigans like he is here.

You know what keeps me up at night??? Knowing that Squidward doesn't give a SHIT what anyone thinks about him (good for him), but then there's Squilliam, who is the only person who affects Squidward so badly that he tears up when he's being ridiculed by him.
