I drew all the monsters with eyes in this episode but they were all taken out... you don't need eyes in the dark and I think the little wormies were probably too cute to slice with the eyes lol

In the belly of the beast, Khang & co. really brought my staging to life with their amazing design and color sense. At first I wanted to stage this completely in the dark, to emphasize the need for Mao Mao's special glowing sword, but staging stuff in darkness gets complicated!

Fell off the hype wagon for a bit here but since Weapon of Choice has aired this past Saturday, I thought I'd post a few board-to-screen comparisons!
This show cemented my love for drawing swordplay and this section was fun because I could get really dynamic with the staging.

Mao Mao: Heroes of Pure Heart premiered on Cartoon Network tonight! New eps every week on Mondays at 6:30pm! I'm so happy for our little fuzzy family and I'm lucky to be boarding on it!
