And for reference, the 2nd outfit is from HGSS, not DPPt. They used her outfit from the original GSC (since they took place at the same time), the redesign outfit was used again in BW2, but this is a completely different dress.
One of the weirdest things with BDSP is that Jasmine is the only character to get a brand new redesigned outfit, and not only is she not a Sinnoh character, but she has almost nothing to do with anything besides giving you Waterfall and being an opponent in Super Contests.

I am positive she is supposed to be an ancestor of May, or at least based on her.
The characters in FFO/ "Chaos Origin Story" look like shit. Not sorry for this opinion.
