The Cone Star-forming cloud of gas and dust 2700 ly away. The Cone itself is 7 lightyears long! Taken from by Bay Area backyard with narrowband hydrogen & oxygen filters. 14h total exposure.

The Pelican Up in the starry constellation Cygnus. Got to go camping at a dark-sky site this weekend, and brought my Paramount mount and Takahashi refractor telescope! 6 hours of luminance, color, and narrowband images together.

The Heart Glowing hydrogen gas 7,500 lightyears away in Cassiopeia. 17+ hours of imagery from my backyard telescope! So excited about this one! :D

The Bubble Gas & dust shaped by the stellar wind of a hot, young, massive star at its center. The bubble is about 10 lightyears wide, and 11,000 ly away, in Cassiopeia. Gorgeous! Taken on a colleague's telescope, processed by me.
