@hajimeloveskuu Late but color under the lineart, use brown line art, use gradient tool for cell shading hair, try messing with water color as a shade, when light hits make clipping layer for lineart and make the areas where light hits lighter.
Sorry its how I do it but do play around!

I tried out Clip studio Paint's trial. I can't save art work so I screenshotted. Which is why Hitoshi is bad quality. I did a redraw as practice
