Can't believe Christmas ☃️❄️ is just a little over a month away! In PH 🇵🇭 we hear jingle bells🔔 playing everywhere as soon as the -ber months kick in, so we get more build up to Christmas. Here in Turkey 🇹🇷 fresh pine trees are everywhere but we still have no tree at home.🤪🎄

The rains are coming. 🌧

Our household has been under the weather for over 2 weeks now. With seniors and a toddler in one roof, we're hypervigilant these days of our sleep, food intake, and happy meter.

Great reminder today from my all-time favorite poet, Rilke. I revisited his letters, and realized the line I remembered so fondly was actually much longer:

“If your everyday life seems poor, don't blame it; blame yourself, you're not enough of a poet to summon up its riches..."

Taking time this morning to honor an intense dream I had last night. I felt awake and lucid for the most part of it, but only remember the feeling it gave me: a deep fulfillment in creating my life's art piece.

Thoughts while meditating today: The metaverse as energy, where anything is possible (and everything is already real), and the task falls on us to manifest it and bring it to the physical. This is metaverse as consciousness.
