My second created Dragon Ball OC, Android 1 (わん!).

She was stationed at a high profile Red Ribbon Army base as a walking surveillance system. Android 1 was considered by Dr. Gero to be a primitive prototype, but her tech enhancements still made her an outstanding watchdog.

Cell was already perfect, to me.
