Okay I just sold my alien mfer #904 for 80 $ETH (I bought it at 50 $ETH) to @punk6529 his fund. Why?

Well first of all I think having such a great name owning of the holy grails of mfers is good for the project

Second of all @jakethedegen his Genesis SR piece just dropped

How do you determine the actual worth of a rare NFT in a 10.000 collection?

Some things to consider:

* Supply and demand
* Price action of the other rarities
* Latest sale action
* Scarcity
* Amount of them in diamond hands

Let's use an alien mfer as example

And we have a 22 $ETH mfer sale

Its 1 out of 89 Zombies!

It's quite interesting to see that the recent days we have seen higher end sales for mfers, people are actively WETH bidding and people are accepting

I own 80 @3landersNFT which makes me the biggest holder!

I love the art and the project and look forward to the future ahead

Honestly I have seen so many of them the last few days and they all look great ❤️❤️

I listed my alien mfer for 142.69 $ETH, why?

Do I think it's worth more? Yeah I def do, so why sell it?

Well there are multiple reason for my motivation to do so, it's something that I apply on most projects and I will explain in this thread why.
