Season 14's Treehouse of Horror had an animation error where Homer's muzzle vanishes for about a frame during the line "You'd think so, but no."
It's probably known but I did find it myself.
@rejectnation The origin of this memorable shot from Futurama, when the headlights flick on like eyes.
Sonic X just having the world's weirdest background signs. Some of these can't be an accident.
Season 1 Simpsons will be taking you along a shockingly grounded and relatable journey, and then you blink and Helen Lovejoy is a monster for the rest of the scene.
@BunyArtBurrow I _just_ watched this episode and actively noted how monstrous Helen appears.
I'd be remiss to not also mention this episode is fucking amazing. I had to watch it again the next day after revisiting it. And it's a sister episode to another favorite, The Last Temptation of Homer.
I'm almost certain this scene from Futurama's Parasites Lost is a stealthy parody of a visually similar sequence from 1978's Invasion of the Body-snatchers, and the specificity of having a catwalk in Fry's brain is what sold me on that. Futurama fans please weigh in.
Sonic X comic just tracing poses from the show. I recognize multiple of these. https://t.co/0xBRttKHGP
