It's 1 AM. Best time to post fidget spinner boi #digitalart #SmashBrosUltimate
Wrapping things up. Years later, I still remember that time fondly. It's fun to be a fan of something.
Shoutout to @Official_PSASD and company for staying in touch after all these years.
With all these crossover fighting games now, maybe All Stars 2 is not a far-fetched dream.
I can't, in good conscience, wrap this without mentioning that I've also been discouraged by stories like Naughty Dog's war-like crunch culture and many more. Just a passing comment here, but know that the big games industry can be abhorrent and repulsive.
Sony, do better.
Don't get me wrong. PS's games still look superb and fun. Great value. It just doesn't appeal to me as much as it once did.
Another crossover smash-like game was long due, and it's great to see Nickelodeon and Warner getting into the fray.
My hopes of a new Jak and Daxter died there. Days Gone kept pushing the idea of gritty narrative games. Uncharted 4 kept the interest on realistic looking games over quirkier, fun adventures with wacky characters.
I've had a PS4 for years. Only played about 5 hours of Dreams.
My low point with the brand was watching The Last Of Us Part 2 trailer on E3 I think? It was gruesome to the point of repulsion
Big fan of Mortal Kombat here, and I was still sickened by how it needed to show, in detail, pain and suffering. Good for narrative, not for my stomach.
Anyhow. I eventually moved on. Sure, I made a ton of comics and a bunch of artwork. But as time passed by, I got less interested in big-name games and a lot more into Indie ones.
As I got into making games, things kept changing and changing.
