I really don't think Locke is dead, but I do think this is the way they get Team Osiris to get a Gen upgrade for their respective armors.

@dagger6art I love how industrial the GDI is. Very much a preferred style personally. Stupidly massive Mechs and Tanks and such.

But I can't deny the amount of creativity thrown into NOD. The Scorpion Tank and the Avatar especially are favorites of mine.
