A3. Local 'lingo' can make humour in Picbooks change. One of my Aussie favourites is 'Yobbos do Yoga' by Phillip Gwynne/Andrew Joyner. There is a lot of Aussie slang in this book.Yobbos, Yahoos..Layabouts.Louts. Perhaps not as funny to those who don't know the meaning? #picbookbc

A1. One of my favourites (so hard to choose!!) is 'I Want My Hat Back by @burstsofbeaden . Jon's sly, deadpan humour makes me laugh every time. A glorious wicked tale, with a mischievous twist;) . All ages get giggles galore from this one! #picbookbc

#picturebookmonth day 18 is 'Artists and Painters' . I love 'Babar's Museum of Art' . A spectacular celebration of Babar and Art 🎉❤️The human subjects in noteable famous artworks were re-interpreted as elephants.
