alright here's a final tweaked version because i'm a monster that just can't let go of tiny perceived faults (I finally gave in and reinstalled Photoshop on this new hard-drive in order to use its good color tools)

That Floating World painting didn't feel right to me, so I punched it up a bit and now I like it a lot more I think?

FLOATING WORLD: HANA (a 'dead-eye' whose condition allows her to peer behind the curtain of her world to glimpse the monstrous things pulling its strings) is guided by SHIRO, a monstrous thing that looks like a dog and claims to be a God who needs her help saving the world.

FLOATING WORLD is about Hana, host to an extra-dimensional parasite, the side-effects of which include being able to perceive other E.D.A. or “edda”, and usually death.
However, the parasite manifests itself to her as a talking dog named Shiro, who offers a way to delay her end.
