As for Endless Waltz, I distinctly remember it being better than the TV series but rewatching it (specifically the OVA version) after so many years it's somehow worse. It's gorgeous, don't get me wrong, but it still felt superficial. Wish I could pinpoint exactly why.

While I enjoyed most of it more than I thought I would this time around, I still believe Wing relies on too much style with not enough substance. However, I no longer consider it one of the worst Gundam entries either like I used to. It's too entertaining to outright dislike.

Another thing I've enjoyed is Relena's stalker adventures. Say what will you will about how crazy, stupid, sheltered, whatever she is but I like her far more than Heero and the boys, who are probably the weakest part of the show IMHO. 🤷‍♀️

One of my favorite things I've noticed are the multiple glowy or sparkly closeups we get whenever a character falls unconscious. 🤣
