I liked doing these two the most

Shark toothed lizards of patagonia.

In order form oldest to youngest.
Tyrannotitan, Giganotosaurus, Meraxes and Mapusaurus.
The argentinian carcharodontosaurs evolved towards bigger sizes, smaller arms and apparently a somewhat more gregarious behavior.
