I think the pose and lighting make the design a bit unclear in some places, so I wanted to dump a few of my concepts and planning down here as well! Please enjoy!! 😊

I wanted to try my hand at designing a Pokemon villian, and this was my end result! The concept I had in mind was some sort of organization that uses the dreams of pokemon to their advantage; I'd love to flesh it out a bit more sometime!
