A few months ago I took the very in-depth and EXCELLENT Children’s Book Pro course from @SVSLearn. In week 2 you choose one of three manuscripts (of rewritten classics), I chose Jack & the Beanstalk. In week 3 you character design; here’s my start and final.

Held hostage by a 3-year-old to draw. I was commanded to draw “Rainbow puppy,” as if every person has heard of this. I really love how their brains work.
