He works in jewelry acquisition/appraisal. Rich people pay him to verify the authenticity of their jewelry, precious metals, + gems.
He'll sometimes say a real piece is a fake, purchase it off them for cheap, and add it to his hoard.

Ori can't drive + can barely read. He knows 2 languages, but doesn't know how he knows Draconic.

Ori's dad was a blue dragon + his mom was a blue dragonborn. He was orphaned at 5. Far as he's aware they're dead.

Ori will climb on someone to avoid conflict with someone else.
