Did an experimental drawing with Sidewinder and here's part of it (full image will be posted on my k0fi tomorrow and here next week).
Sidewinder is my mask-wearing alchemist-assassin from our weekly Blades Against Darkness game.
Other things: he discovered the accountant that ratted his crew out to Quinley, Able, was still alive.
He also learned part of the reason Lyrana left was b/c she was pregnant. He has kids (twins, Confidence and Adventure). Able had also acted basically as their uncle.
He also met another tiefling named Dresk, a homeless troublemaker who was under contract to Rev’s father, Solomon, and who was sent to bring Rev back from trying to find Quinley again. The two eventually fall in love.
He succeeded, but while Quinley was said to have died in a firefight with the police, Rev had his own misgivings about that and continued to try to find evidence of Quinley elsewhere. (Third artwork by @danaekeener by the way!)
Invited to a sort of self-help/support/therapy group, Rev managed to get the help he needed to get a bit of a solid footing once again. He became a follower of Okuni, and a private detective dedicated to helping those harmed by the mob and to taking down the mob itself.
Since #DnDCharacter is trending and I had him on the brain earlier, I wanna make a small thread about the 5e version of my tiefling rogue/paladin: Reverence T. Malephar!
