this is Andrea she acts as lunar-wolf/Ebony's "Ground Control" she's a 55 year old witch. She's kind of lazy and a huge pervert she likes Her men Younger, like in between 25 and 40,

fixed! I forgot her dress is so transparent that you should be able to see her hair too,

made it by a hair , she'd be late to the costume party anyway, after taking her kids trick-or-treating, and checking every piece of candy, and then making sure they're both tucked into bed.
