finally came up with a name for this dude , it's Tony Matthews , he originally started dressing femininely as a joke ,because he was bullied for his feminine face and frame , but only found out he really liked it.

i worked so hard on that fist image only to immediately decide i don't like the costume any more , the second image is the second pass, this is Dorothy the protag of a survival horror game i want to make , I'm not to proud of the first image at all so I didn't finish it,

He isn’t dead tec, he just has a massively reduced role; I no longer plan for him to be playable. I created two characters that do these 2 roles but better, a psycho ACTING rush-down character putting on a soft & gentle front, and a sadistic male character who has an soft voice

#10 I have a few villains some of which are way more evil then this guy, but he's the 2ND protag of the game that he was made for, it’s not a twist. You know from the start that he’s up to no good, the protag knows too but she goes along with him because of a deal they made

#9. while I have weirder LOOKING OCs but they are typical weird fighting game characters, whats weird about Monica is that her goal is to take over the world to make college free for everyone!......... so she can make not going to college illegal.
