finally came up with a name for this dude , it's Tony Matthews , he originally started dressing femininely as a joke ,because he was bullied for his feminine face and frame , but only found out he really liked it.

i worked so hard on that fist image only to immediately decide i don't like the costume any more , the second image is the second pass, this is Dorothy the protag of a survival horror game i want to make , I'm not to proud of the first image at all so I didn't finish it,

He isn’t dead tec, he just has a massively reduced role; I no longer plan for him to be playable. I created two characters that do these 2 roles but better, a psycho ACTING rush-down character putting on a soft & gentle front, and a sadistic male character who has an soft voice
