@XMen90sCovers theres nothing time specific in the issue except for this large feature on the x-men trading card game with an interview and multiple ads, it says "strike date august 2000" like it hasnt dropped yet (along with "now available in extra strength" altho that doesnt seem literal)

these turts have nothing to do with the plot or the characters. hell, im 99% sure theyre not even in the script. im just happy theyre in there! i love sea turtles.
