i don't want to spoil the best set pieces in the game, but even if you just like good horror art, check out the concept art by Juan Miguel Lopez https://t.co/PZVVeMHsVW
i have a large scanner (epson GT-20000) so up to A3 i can scan the whole thing, if it's bigger i'll scan in pieces and use photoshop photomerge, which works scarily well
then spend lots of time locally adjusting levels and clone-tooling out dog hair
ex. raw scans vs final: https://t.co/WeG0CzsWEo
@joseph_vernot ah pour le coup c'est des vieilles pieces que les propriétaires ont prêté pour l'occasion!
the silhouette through the sheer cape on that third one is making me lose it, so good
more of Tomomi Kobayashi's art
speaking of underrated RPGs that never made it out of Japan (at least until recently and outside of fan-translations) have some of Tomomi Kobayashi's amazing SaGa art
i'm curious about this Squaresoft game, Treasure of the Rudras .. never heard of it before!! post-apocalyptic ff-like? sign me up
Tatsuya Yoshikawa's Breath of Fire art has always been a huge inspiration for me!
There's a very good artbook compiling a lot of it (and other concept art for the games) "Breath of Fire : Official Complete Works"
