You know how dreaming kinda feels like you're underwater? Everything is kinda muffled but also just SO uncomfortably clear considering you're "submerged"? That's exactly the feeling these specific panels evoke— the expression, the missing glasses, the silence.(1/4)
Chapter 34 WolfShin was really something else they are seriously so beautiful and they just look at each other here like they're still teenagers in love when they're at least in their early to mid 20's at this point & I just feel that tiny ache in my chest that I can't describe.
I go back to TCS1 Ch.39 often bc I like reflecting on 2 things:
1) the fact that Shin is @ his lowest point being forced to speak his love for WG into existence &
2) the whole scene feeling like a subtle reminder of what makes Shin feel safe in moments of fear which IS WG. (1/2)
