Shiny Ho-Oh from last year and Lugia that was commissioned as a pair for the sky guardian. Regular coloration and the feathers were a conscious decision so that the two would make a good pair. ☀️🌊

NASA recently published new space photos taken by the James Webb Space Telescope and I got hit by a wave of love and awe for space so I wanted to create something from it. I named the piece after one of the most inspiring photos of the Great Carina Nebula.

Saw a cool documentay about orca whales. Seeing them move in water so effortlessly made me decide that I need a space orca in my life.

In 2013 I drew this piece inspired by the song "Blackheart" by Two Steps from Hell. It is still one of my favourite pieces of music to date and I still remember this piece fondly. Today I got to hear this song played live and I have no words to describe it - other than *magic*.
