I use spes heavies. clunky but bombproof.

@DonryuArt here's my ref. I'm in a pub in Dublin rn, so I had to pull a pic from the internet. As for the pose, you know when you take a shot in the mirror and put your right hand on your head so it emphasises the bicep, tricep and shoulder? Lean but toned :)
