These are my first and second serious attempts at drawing Sonic last year. The first without and the second with reference. I'm admittedly surprised I didn't stop here, but I'm glad I kept going

A weird thing to celebrate but one year ago today I started drawing as a hobby. I'm pretty happy with how far I've come in a year. I think it'd be fun to do a yearly redraw for the occasion. In the thread if your interested is some early art from me

I always really liked the look of the continue screens

Finally, it felt right to have someone I can call a proper bad guy. I hope he can fill that roll well.

Now the trio is done, and with very minor redesigns. Only two more after this!

First art of the year! I made a short description of Dusk's personality for the QnA I'm gonna do soon. I'll update the thread with each character in it.

This year I started drawing and eventually posting here and it's been really fun. I keep saying it but thank you. This was the first time I'm really putting myself out there online in any way and I look forward continuing this thing.
