Sometimes I find it hard to move on from everything that hurt me

Creating these ghosts has been really therapeutic with dealing with internalised thoughts&feelings I have about life- I’ve been doodling them for years and never really thought anything of them so it’s really nice to be able to put time into making them into drawings/embroidery
