A companion illustration I made for @catallii_ 's FANTASTIC fic "May You Blossom" for the @lesmiszine! It's about how Cosette and Valjean have profoundly changed each others lives and it makes me ;-; (linked to below)

I worked really hard on the composition and symbolism in this one, and I think it paid off! still ridiculously proud to the nettle detailing on Valjean’s waistcoat :’)
